ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hungry and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of Polaris-Edge solutions across the UAE and Oman. This is not a desk job; it is a frontline role for a hunter who thrives on building relationships from the ground up. You will be the face of Polaris-Edge to General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Real Estate Developers, translating their on-site pain points into digital solutions. You will operate with the autonomy of an entrepreneur while having the full backing of our regional leadership in Dubai and technical support from our Singapore team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

• Identify, target, and engage key players in the UAE and Omani construction sectors (Main Contractors, MEP firms, Civil contractors, and Developers).
• Leverage your existing network to schedule high-level meetings with decision-makers (CEO, Operations Directors, Project Managers, IT Directors).
• Develop a robust sales pipeline, from cold outreach and networking events to strategic partnerships.

2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution

• Own the entire sales process: from product demonstration (with support from our technical team) to negotiation and closing.
• Articulate the value proposition of Polaris-Edge clearly, focusing on ROI, cost savings, and efficiency gains for construction projects.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients in the UAE and Oman.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Report market feedback to the Country Manager: What are the local competitors? What specific regulations affect digital adoption?
• Identify trends in the construction industry (digital transformation, sustainability mandates) and align Polaris-Edge’s pitch accordingly.

4. Collaboration & Client Handoff

• Work closely with the Country Manager (Dubai) to align on quarterly revenue targets and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with the Singapore Client Success Team to ensure a seamless handover of new clients, ensuring their satisfaction from day one of implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS You are already based in the UAE.

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Deep understanding of the construction industry. Experience selling SaaS, ERP, construction management software, or building materials is a significant advantage.
• A verifiable rolodex of contacts within the UAE construction industry (main contractors and consultants is a must). Existing connections in Oman are a strong plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

• You are persistent, resilient, and not afraid of cold calls or rejection. You wake up hungry to close deals.
• Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cultural Agility: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, bridging the gap between Western business practices and local Gulf business etiquette.
• Travel Ready: Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE and to Oman to meet clients face-to-face.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects - from concept and FEED through detailed design, procurement and commissioning. Combine technical depth with commercial acumen and team leadership. Actively support Business Development, contribute to proposals and play a key role in forming and mobilizing high-performing project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver projects to approved scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project cash flow, forecasting and cost performance aligned with corporate targets.
• Own the live risk register; drive mitigation across technical, schedule and commercial areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design (Civil / Structural / Process / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) for integration and constructability.
• Support Business Development with early technical input, bid strategy and pre-contract risk evaluation.
• Lead team formation and resource planning across ELITECH and alliance partners.
• Approve key engineering deliverables; ensure code, client and QA/QC compliance.
• Administer procurement planning, variation control and claims with the commercial team.
• Implement EVM and performance measurement; lead close-out and lessons-learned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent).
• 15+ years in EPCm / PMC / industrial or infrastructure projects; GCC / international experience.
• Proven cost forecasting, cash-flow control and earned value reporting.
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; FIDIC familiarity; strong client-facing leadership.
• Experience in data center projects within the GCC is a strong advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead cost, planning and risk control across complex engineering and construction programs. Establish integrated control systems linking schedule, cost, procurement and progress data-enabling real-time project intelligence and proactive decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain Project Controls frameworks from feasibility / FEED to EPC and close-out.
• Define and govern WBS / CBS / coding structures; ensure cross-system data integrity.
• Lead Primavera P6 planning: logic-driven baselines, critical path, progress measurement.
• Produce cash-flow forecasts, cost reports and EVM metrics; deliver dashboards.
• Drive change control, trend analysis and claims evaluation with commercial/legal.
• Maintain risk registers; perform cost/schedule risk analyses and mitigation plans.
• Integrate BIM/digital data for 4D/5D tracking and predictive analytics (Power BI).
• Support BD/tenders via CAPEX/OPEX models, benchmarks, schedule simulations.
• Mentor planners and cost engineers; promote continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, QS, Project Management or related.
• 15+ years in controls for large EPC / EPCm / PMC projects (industrial / energy / infrastructure / major O&G companies).
• Expert in Primavera P6, cost tools and analytics (Power BI).
• Strong EVM, risk-based forecasting (Monte Carlo/@Risk) and FIDIC change/claims knowledge.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Own BIM strategy and execution across projects, ensuring digital coordination between disciplines, model/data integrity and integration of BIM with project controls, procurement and asset management. Develop ELITECH’s corporate BIM standards and lead the company’s ISO 19650 certification program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and enforce BEPs per ISO 19650; govern the Common Data Environment (CDE) with security, versioning and traceability.
• Develop, document and maintain ELITECH BIM standards, templates, and workflows across all disciplines.
• Lead ISO 19650 certification: policies, procedures, training, readiness reviews and compliance audits.
• Coordinate multi-discipline models (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC); lead clash detection and model validation.
• Control LOD, naming/data standards, and structured data exchange; ensure QA of model information.
• Drive integration (schedule, cost, FM) and enable digital handover / as-built asset data.
• Align digital deliverables with contracts, QA/QC and information management requirements; interface with clients and authorities.
• Mentor teams; uplift BIM capability and collaboration culture; champion AI / cloud / digital-twin initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering or other.
• 10+ years in design/construction coordination; 5+ years in BIM leadership.
• Proven corporate BIM standards development and ISO 19650 certification delivery.
• Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo; deep ISO 19650/PAS 1192 knowledge.
• Track record on large industrial / energy / infrastructure assets.
